Anxiety and stress

If worry feels constant, hard to switch off, or is starting to affect your sleep, work, or relationships, counselling can give you a space to understand what's driving it and build ways of managing it that actually fit your life.

What this can look like

Anxiety and stress can show up in lots of different ways — a constant undercurrent of worry, racing or repetitive thoughts, tension you can't quite shake, or feeling overwhelmed by things that used to feel manageable. It's also common for stress to build up gradually through pressure at work, long hours, or trying to hold too much at once, until it starts to affect your sleep, concentration, or the way you show up in your relationships.

How counselling can help

Working together, we'll take the time to understand what's actually driving your anxiety or stress — the specific situations, thoughts, or patterns behind it — rather than just managing the symptoms in isolation. I work in an integrative way, drawing on different techniques to build coping strategies that genuinely fit your life and circumstances, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
