About Me
Hi, my name is Aga.

My own life experiences, personal therapy, and work on myself have helped me better understand who I am and rebuild my sense of self-worth in the face of life's challenges. That journey inspired me to support others in finding greater calm, balance, and self-understanding.
I know that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or lonely. I offer a calm, empathetic, and judgement-free space where you can talk openly about what you're experiencing, explore your emotions, and feel truly heard.
I work with adults using an integrative approach. This means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor the way I work to your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we can work on greater self-confidence, inner calm, a better understanding of your emotions, and building a more fulfilling life — at a pace that's right for you.
Whether you're going through a difficult period, struggling with low self-worth, stress, anxiety, or relationship difficulties, or simply feel like you need a change — you don't have to face it alone.
I'm a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work in line with the BACP's Ethical Framework, hold professional insurance and a current DBS certificate, and attend regular supervision. This means I provide safe, confidential, ethical, and professional support.
