About Me

I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is going on in your life. Sometimes people come to counselling when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply in need of someone to listen and understand. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.

My approach is non-directive, which means I work alongside you at your own pace, respecting your experiences and personal process. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a way that helps you gain greater understanding and find your own way forward.

I offer short-term, medium-term, and open-ended counselling, depending on your needs. In our first session, we can talk about what has brought you to therapy and explore the kind of support that may feel most helpful for you.

Sessions are available face-to-face, online via Zoom, or by telephone, providing flexibility and accessibility.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework. I attend regular clinical supervision, engage in continuous professional development, and hold an Enhanced DBS check.
